About me

My name is Sophia Mae Hiatt (She/Her), a recent graduate of North Central College with a B.A. in Religious Studies and minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. In July of 2024 I received my Abortion Doula certification from the Colorado Doula Project.

As an Abortion Doula, I am here to guide my clients and advocate not just for their physical needs, but their emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial as well. I am now in the process of certification through Birthing Advocacy Doula Training, to become a Full Spectrum Doula and Lactation Educator. As a queer Christian woman with chronic health conditions, I understand that identity plays a huge part in the ways reproductive health is experienced. My goal is to assist all clients in feeling fully affirmed and supported in their unique process.

Beyond doula work, I am an artist, writer, musician, occasional drag king. I hope one day to become a AASECT certified Sexuality Educator, to fully round out my reproductive and social justice work.
